I read it from time to time, I read d-listed everyday though (that site is hilarious). I'm not sure what a stan is (check urban dictionary) but they call Jay Z "Joe Camel" because he kind of looks like the old cartoon spokesperson of Camel Cigarettes. Its messed up but kinda true.
