Stanley Baxter is very much alive and starred in a BBC Radio 4 play just a few weeks ago; now aged 82 this extremely talented Scottish actor and impressionist has chosen to work only occasionally, since his Scottish TV show was cancelled a number of years ago - its production budget was considered to be too high.
