My sister's name is Janis and she despises it with all her heart, and it's a fairly common, if somewhat dull name. A co-worker's daugher was named Robyn- hated it so much she changed it legally to Amanda. People with "ordinary" names hate and resent their names too, and torment at school comes for many reasons. Perhaps Apple, who will likely be schooled with other "star" students will have a peachy childhood.
