I would be different to how she is and tell all the paparazzi that follow her and hound her exactly what I think of them.
I would ring up Kevin and tell him I was going into rehab and to send her kids hugs and kisses.
I would dump the new boyfriend and tell him to leave me alone.
I would change all my phone numbers and sign myself in to rehab indefinetely.
And I hope in a day all that would set her up to get the help she needs

As odd as this will sound to almost everyone posting an answer. Angela Lansbury. I am a huge fan. She can look back at her amazing career and be completely happy and satisfied with it all. Plus she has worked with a lot incredible actors. When I die, and I hope I have another 50 years, I would like to look back and be able to say," Hell yeah what a great life I have lived."
