There are lots of groups out there to sign up artists like yourself.
I would NOT send demo tapes/songs. They rarely get any attention. I would try and advertise in local press and try and get a band together. Be your own manager for a while and start to practise.
Get around the town and start doing some gigs once your good enough. Then record some of your 67 songs and WALK into a small record lable and give them your details (ask for theirs too) and give them a copy of your recorded material and possibly some references if you can get any from local press.
Keep persisting and you will get there eventually.
Keep on going around to different company's too!
