she does need help, she looks disgusting, boney skinny, bruises on her legs, its terrible what people do to them selves (and I know I was a cocaine and meth user for many years) at my smallest i weighed only 124 lbs at 6 feet tall and could wear a mans 26 waste Levis and they would fall off my hips! Thank God I finally learned, but sadly some people never do
