Yes its sometimes easy to tell when singers lipsync. If you hear them sing live then you'd tell whether or not it was really them. However, she may have used a backup tape and done a little singing, but I definately think it wasn't all her.
Definitely not. And some times people who really can sing lip sync because of a cold, or because it's easier to tape the whole show and just play it back on such a big night.
For example: Miley Cyrus lip syncs at her concerts, HOWEVER alot of times on her show she sings in real life and she has an excellent voice.
