Jamie Lynn pregnant... not legal but father is! Anyone think about this?!

Question: Okay. As we all know, Jamie Lynn is only 16 and pregnant. But the father (or so-called dad) is 18. Basically, whether he is or isn't the dad, it is illegal because he's legal and she isn't. Does anyone else wonder why nothing has been done about this?

I think you should just give her a chance to be a mother, she even said herself that she wanted to try this whole mom thing...she's seen her sister with her kids and noticed BAD MOM and really thinks she can do this...yea i dont think it was a good age at all maybe 21 at the earliest but still, give her a chance to prove everyone wrong and let them know that she can be a good mother and let them see shes not going to be like her sister, and Britney was under stress...I don't support her reasonings but stress can do a lot...just let her prove her point to the public...it was her choice and she knows what she has gotten herself into.

What do you want to happen? This question has been asked 1000000 times already. Get over it!

it is possible that they just think like ohhhh wellllll!
big deal...were getting a lot of money from this cuz this story is selling out like crazy! lol
Anyways...
its always possible for anything!

because she is famous and has lots of money so nobosy bothers her, but if it was a normal girl, people wouldn't let the poor girl live by taunting her all the time.

b/c she's a celebrity and her parents don't want to press charges. Besides, news report say it's not illegal in Louisiana.

Her parents are garbage and she is totally heading down a bad path

she's going the same way as her sister if you ask me

why do we care. i think the only one that should care is the father.

Ok, first, this has been asked many, many, many times from People Magazine to CNN. According to Louisiana law, it is a misdemeanor for someone age 17 to 19 to have consensual sex with someone age 15 to 17 if the difference between their ages is more than two years as stated in the article below... and they are JUST less than 2 years apart.
