Like I said, I think that it's a scar, but I don't think that it's surgery scars. It could be anything. He could have gotten it during the Pepsi Commercial accident, he could have gotten it from getting into a fight with his brothers when he was younger, he could have gotten it from acne during his adolecence, there's a million different reasons he could have it. I highly doubt it's from cosmetic surgery because they give medication to reduce scaring and the incisions made are very small anyway.

If one compares photos of Michael Jackson from childhood to present, it is obvious he has had major reconstructive surgeries and skin bleaching. The only accident I can think he had was some hair burning during the filming of a commercial.
They look like those moon laugh lines to me. He is getting up in age now, and because of all the surgeries, he probably has developed them from losing muscle tension. It's okay if you like Michael Jackson.
