What the heck was Tom Cruise trying to say in his scientologist video?!

Question: The video was a 10-minute edit of a 3 hour award presentation to Tom from the Church of Scientology in 2004 for his Humanitarian actions following 9/11.

The video was distributed to Scientology Churches and Missions all over the world. A copy was stolen, chopped and edited to make him seem ridiculous, and the Mission Impossible theme added, then posted to YouTube. At the Church's request, YouTube took it down. It was out of context and you would need to have at least read a basic book or two to know what he was saying (even with the chops).

About the time the unauthorized bio of Tom was coming out several weeks ago, the video re-surfaced and again the Church has requested it be taken down. Co-incidence? I don't think so.

What he was talking about was his convictions about his faith.

i got no clue what ur talking about

Men rule the world and women have no say

that scientologists are the only people that can solve the world's problems. not doctors, psychologists, 9/11 workers, etc. what a moron!

Unfortunately no one knows because he's a brainwashed scientologist psycho. There's a guy that's dangerous. I hope someone seriously brings him back to reality one day.

No one really knows, that's what makes it so weird.

First off, he isnt trying to say anything to you at all. It was a video meant for the people in scientology. Secondly its a chopped up version meant to look bad.

Even then if you listen to it and think of it as a pitch by some fanatic to the members of Big Brothers, or AIDs Reserch, or Save the Children Foundation, or even Jenny Craig, it all comes out the same. Its not really a big deal.
