Hmm, good question....having just come back from my first trip with my own two kids to Disney, I would have to say that what Walt envisioned for families to be together and have fun and let go of the outside world, then we did it. We totally had a memory of such joy and we forgot the whole world and just became part of the magic. It wasn't about the toys, or the merchandise either, it was little things, like the trees and shrubbery, or the details on the buildings, the narration on some of the rides, the lights, the smells, the fact that I forgot about my job and just absolutely loved my children's faces as they watched everything.....and it made me think of my long lost family members that I visited Disney with when I was a kid, so I guess Walt might approve of that.
In terms of the business, well I don't know. I just know that it is the best place on earth.

I think he'd be THRILLED by what Disney World has become. I mean, who would have thought it would have become such a huge and popular theme park? He did many other great things that are doing so well now. He'd be thrilled.

I think he would approve of where the company has gone, but not how Eisner accomplished it. Disney was someone who was truly visonary, so the computer animation and the whole Disney Channel would probably make him happy. He probably would have been able to keep poor old Britney in line, too!
Yes, I definitely think he would approve of what Disney has become, except for the Vanessa's and the Miley's of the bunch.
