Yeah she is. My generation had Britney Spears (who was the whole package if you ask me) She sang and danced, Miley has a tv show in which she plays a singer and now she has music out and is touring? Just because you play a musician on tv doesn't mean you are one in real life. Sorry, for what it's worth, Britney at her worst sounds better than Miley at her best. Atleast she didn't have huge scandals until later in her career. And Atleast Britney's music is memorable. In 20 years we'll still know the words to "Ooops!..I did it again". Hell, I still haven't heard a Miley Cyrus song, let alone anything Miley on the radio.
