Definitely NOT photo shopped. Her eyes, nose, weird hair line, mouth - It's all the same. It doesn't look photo shopped at all. The people who are saying it is just don't want to believe it.
She's not even wearing a bra in the second picture. They're not flattering pictures. I don't know what the hell she's thinking.
People who use the excuse 'Oh she's 15, all 15 year olds do this', don't know what they're talking about. I'm 15, and I don't "do this".
And she's not just ANY 15 year old, she's a Disney star. She's a role model to young girls. So if Hannah Montana takes pictures in her underwear and is a skank, does that mean all 11 year olds are entitled to do the same? The future scares me, because of freaks like Miley Cyrus paving the way for it, and especially because of the people who support and accept it.

ya, i think that they are totally photshop, but then again u never know with the kinds of celebrities we have today. I think with where she was raised and the type of dad she has, she wouldn't do that.
I think they're fake because someone might of put her head on someone else's body. It does look photo shopped.
