Will Heath Ledger receive an Oscar next year for his role as the Joker?!

usually movies like this don't get nominations. personally there has to be (and not just because of his death) a nomination here for ledger. and we have to wait and see how he did outside the trailer, but from what it looks like, what he has done is oscar worthy...he took the character and turned him into something "real" something outside the comics. look at characters in the past batman movies, and spiderman movies...do you think william dafoe should have been nominated for an oscar for his work as the green goblin? no way. look at dafoe's performance...then look at ledgers. look at jack's joker...then look at heaths. IMO as a lee strasberg student...Heath is oscar worthy here.
i dont think he will get nominated because the joker isnt ever nominated but if he does then he could win, it will just be in remembrance of him.
