I think that he just took a few too many pills just to get a good nights sleep. As he was reported in a paper here in Australia not that long ago that he was suffering insomnia. When your that sleep deprived you do stupid things just to get some sleep.

I think it was an unfortunate accident that snuffed out the life of a good actor and a good human being. There are way too many rumors floating around about his death - I won't take any of them seriously until the autopsy reports are in and the rumor mill has died down a bit.
Heath died of a drug overdose. Accidental. I know that for a fact.

sorry.....not buying it. Jack nickelson warned HL about the dangers of using his prescription medicine as drugs. The more they dig up,them more it looks like suicide....it could accidental,but by his own hand.

I don't think any one killed him, I think he commited suicide, and the sooner people stop talking about it and move on to new news topics, the better, there are better things, more important things to talk about, than someone killing themselves :o)
It wasn't someone but something that killed Ledger. Something bein an overdose of different prescription pills.

No. I think he killed himself though. He was just under too much stress. He may not have done it intentionally but he was just trying to self-medicate and over did it. It's kinda like if you did Heroin 'cause you wanted to ease your pain but it turned out to be cut with something lethal.
From what I've heard, he was taking Ambien to help him sleep. Ambien is a dangerous drug. A lot of people who take Ambien have reported not remembering things they did during the night, or just before they went to sleep. I've had friends and family who took it and they did things before going to sleep that were very uncharacteristic of them, like calling psychic hotlines or eating very large amounts of food. If he had taken Ambien, along with another narcotic pain medication or another sleeping pill, the combination may have killed him. He may have taken too many, not remembering he had already taken some. Or maybe it was an intentional overdose. I think if anyone had killed him, there would have been signs of that in the room, and the masseuse and the media would have mentioned it by now. Instead, the news is fairly straightforward and doesn't indicate any reason to believe he was murdered.

No, I think that it was just something very tragic that happened. I think the pressures of his recent break up, combined with constantly being in the public eye, as well as being ill resulted in him being quite stressed and therefore unable to sleep - hence why he took the sleeping tablets. Unromantic, but the truth often is.
I don't know, but it really sucks, what I can't work out is why the silly cows that found him didn't call 911 first and the two friends after, they say that when the ambos arrived he was in arrest, that doesnt mean hes dead, but they waited for 10 minutes or something, all up it was around 15 minutes b4 the medical team arrived, unbelieveable, I don't think that it was intentional he loves his child too much, but don't think he was killed on purpose or that he overdosed on purpose, but I cant get my head around not calling emergency services first, what boofheads, what can you say, way too tragic mate!!!
