What do you think was the cause of death with Heath Ledger?!

Question: I just read the latest report from CNN which was simultaniuosly brodcasted in the New York Time databank and should be front page news tomorrow. Apparently the Medical Examiners report was released to the family today. It showed that there was no trace of illegal substances in Heath Ledger's body and there was only a small trace of 2 drugs that were found in his room, thus ruling out overdose. The report goes on to state that "it appears Mr Ledger suffered a mild stroke that rendered him unconcious". They are now reporting that it was complications resulting from the stroke that caused Heath Ledger's death. They have not released any details beyond what I have just shared with you, however I am sure it will be well known with in the hour. In today's society where journalism revolves around a jumble of half truths, I think the media has shown alot of class when dealing with this sensitive subject. I have read many reports speculating that "drugs may be a factor" however with each report came a disclaimer stating no evidence could support that theory. I appreciate the respect the media has shown to the family and friends of Heath Ledger and the acknoledgment of his vast accomplishments as an actor.

Accidental drug overdose. I don't think he purposely killed himself, but was desperate to get some sleep. Previous reports said he was taking two Ambien and only sleeping for an hour.

Too much living, not enough thinking.

How is anyone supposed to know that? I don't know how he died, and I don't want to speculate on it, it's disrespectful.

Well NYPD points out that it could be suicide but don't you think this case is strangely similar to the deaths of Brandon & Bruce Lee, Marilyn Monroe, Jim Morrison and other celebities?

It was an accidental overdose. He had pneumonia and accidentally OD'd on his prescribed medicine.

i think it was a overdose of a sleep aide and he could not sleep and i think it was an accident

I think it was just an accident. He apparently had walking pneumonia and was dealing with a lot of stress and anxiety. I think maybe he just accidentally took the wrong combination of whatever medications that were prescribed to him. I don't think that he killed himself and I think that it is unfair to him and to his grieving family for people to just write this off as some spoiled celebrity who partied too hard and decided to kill himself. It is very sad and I think he had a lot going for him in terms of his acting career. It is a shame that he died so young.

Accidental drug overdose

An accident or sadness.

Stupidity.
