No. He was overworked, over-tired, exhausted. He misjudged the quanitity he took of prescription drugs without realizing their immediate effects.
He was battling depression, taking anti-depressants, he was taking the sleeping tablet Stilnox.
He loved his daughter, Matilda, too much to suicide.
Heath also had an appointment yesterday to see a physiotherapist. Suicidal people tend not to make appointments, especially to see a health care professional.

You know the old saying: "money can't buy happiness". It is very sad, he has a 2 year old daughter, and now all she will know of her father is what she sees of him in his films.
I don't think we know yet if it was accidental or not. This is exactly how young actors die at 28. I guess he had it all. Assuming we know anything about his real life. Or assuming that money and fame is "all".

they said they found both over the counter meds & prescription meds which when you combined the two it increases the chances of overdose,
it breaks my heart; he was such a good actor
and just knowing his two year old daughter will never know her father breaks my heart.

They think it may have been an accidental overdose if that. But so far the preliminary findings of the autopsy were inconclusive. There were sleeping pills beside him and a rolled up $20 bill, but no evidence of any illegal drugs they said on TV news. They are doing further tests.

Yes it was accidental. Part of the fault goes to the recent roles he's played in and the lack of sleep he's been getting. It's sad to have someone with so much talent die, especially because I liked some of the old roles he played in and was shocked of his passing.
I don't think that he was trying to commit suicide; he was in Mary-Kate's apartment and how would that look for her?
By the way, he had the flu when he died. That and maybe too much medicine (some you aren't supposed to take when you have a fever) might have killed him.
He was taking Benadryl, probably to help him sleep, and maybe some pain relievers. He was also not sleeping correctly, and he wanted some relief, so he might have taken more than he should have.
I think he overdosed on perception drugs by accident.
i dont think so alot of ppl think he might of had a heart problem, i mean he had an amzing career, a beautiful baby girl a wife, he was MADE OF AWSOME! i love him!

Apparently he was an insomniac... and I know I get crabby when i have a lack of sleep, so I can imagine that built up it would be easy to take one too many sleeping pills... out of stress / frustration.
They said he might of had pneumonia too, which could have exacerbated the effect of the pills..
I feel bad that he couldn't get help :(
That being said, let the guy and his family have some peace. Its overkill -_-
There were sleeping pills found in the apartment but they cant draw conclusions just yet. But we can of course
no i think it was an accident.. he has a sleeping problem in which he is prescribed sleeping medication and he said once in an interview 3 wouldn't work for him so he would take one more and so on until he fell asleep.. i think since he has been playing very dark roles lately, then with the sleeping issue, and then with all the movies coming up and the ones that he just finished he was having troulbe lseeping and he over doused accidentally on sleeping pills just trying to get rest and it killed him.. RIP Heath
His family said accidental overdose and he had pneumonia. I find it hard to believe that somebody would accidentally overdose on sleeping pills. Its sad that people don't know the correct dosage for medicine like that.
I don't really know. It's sad, that's for sure.
My instincts tell me that he was tired of being miserable and just took enough pills to sleep through eternity. I don't think he decided to die, but didn't care one way or another.

Unfortunately, even well liked, successful people with no obvious history of psychological issues can committ suicide. I'd say there's a very good possibility that his death was intentional.

I hate to say it but I think that he did. I hope no young men who looked up to him will follow his lead.
