I am devastated for his little girl and his family! As for the rest of the general population, some will miss him, some won't. I will. I thought he was an excellent actor and a real hottie! :(

I think that it's unfortunate, but then again death is a tragedy in any form...
I also think that it's unfortunate that Heath Ledger's death is getting more press and hullabahoo than any of the casualties of the war in Iraq, or countless other preventable scenarios in which lives are being lost. There are tragic deaths every day, and perhaps they are devastating, but he (like Anna Nicole) doesn't deserve to have his death elevated over any other death.

I'm certainly not "devastated". It's always sad when a young person dies, and now, there's a little girl who's never going to know her dad and will have very few memories of her time with him.

Yes I am too! It is just so sad that he was so young. I was really devasted when Anna Nicole died...that was my girl!
Oh and lets not forget about Brad Renfroe...he was the little boy in the The Client. He died last week at 25..think it was a drug OD too
