She's got talent. Not my kind of music nor would I ever pay to see her, as she is a notorious flake, but it's obvious he need help with her addiction.
They do need to put her into a hospital where she can get alot of help. I don't care how good (or bad) you can sing...if you are a danger to yourself and society they should admit you to get some help.
