If she keeps that way of life that is probably what's going to happen to her. She needs family next to her. Someone who loves her despite of everything. May God bless her and keep her from harm.....:(

It's horrible to say, but I wouldn't have been shocked if it was her instead of Heath Ledger. I just hope for her sake and ours that she gets it together because if she thinks she is popular now, wait until she's dead. It's disgusting how horrible her life is right now.

It's not just Hollywood who has that legend, it's pretty much life itself....they are normally in 3. I hope it's not Britney, she also has young children.Maybe Amy Winehouse ??.

Britney has no talent so she should be safe.
Amy Whinehouse on the other hand is at deaths door unless she wises up and grows up.
First Heath, then Britney, and lastly Lindsay...I wish Heath wasn't dead, though. He was such a good, talented actor.
It's sad to say, but she very well may be on her way. She needs to get help, long term help. If she keeps going the way she is, she will be following Heath Ledger pretty soon.

I agree. It does seem to happen in 3's and the same type of celebs. i.e news people, legends, singers, young people...
I hate to hear that about her or any other actor/singer/famous person, but it does seem to work that way. I hope the best for Brittany, but the road she has chosen doesn't seem to be the best one. I really feel sorry for her, and all others that are criticized by their every move.
I worked at a city newspaper for 10 years and can swear that there is nothing to the rumor of three deaths grouped together~absolutely zilch.
You see, most people don't pay attention to deaths unless they know the people. Since the start of the year, if you looked at losses, you'd see that a number of actors and actresses, as well as other celebrities, have died. Only, they aren't on your radar, so to speak. If they're older people, you probably never heard of them or don't particularly care. But, their lives are lost, too.
I see I'm on target because one poster hopes that another YOUNG actor/actress doesn't die. So, that blows up the three theory, don't you see? You're paying attention only to the ones that "count" to you. So, there is no such legend, curse, or whatever. For me, that 10 years at a news desk was the best test of this notion, and it's officially buried to me.
I admired Brad Renfro, too, but even when he was enjoying the success of "The Client", it was rumored that drugs and alcohol were common in his life.
I also admired Heath Ledger but had not heard about what sort of life he lived. I shall wait for what they have to say because accidental overdoses do happen, as do reactions to prescription drugs.
Scott Newman, son of Paul Newman and Joanne Woodward, was injured in a performance in "Circus of the Stars", specials that used to be an annual event on TV. He was prescribed pain medication and returned to his room, where it was surmised that he had had an alcoholic beverage; the combination killed this young man. So, it does happen, not from abuses but from chemical reactions.
So, I shall wait for the final report, and I'll try not to judge.
As for Britney Spears, I don't actually see that she qualifies as an actress. If she acts~not just stands in front of a camera, I definitely missed it. I won't even put her in the same paragraph with real actors.
Don't place her in the league of Heath Ledger and Brad Renfro, who set out to be actors and gave us memorable performances. And, please stop passing along this "legend of three", which is absolute nonsense. It never happens that way.
