He says he has vitiligo, which is a condition that destroys the cells in our body that make pigment, and thereby removing color from the skin. I believe his doctor's have said that they gave him skin medication to apply which would help to make the transition from spotted brown and white skin to a more even tone.
He got whiteout and painted it all over himself.

Because he has some kind of very rare skin condition which slowly turns his skin white. I can't remember what it's called and how it does that but I was watching a show of a black news guy who has the same skin condition as Michael Jackson and who's hands are white and his face is turning white. Michael Jackson also has had a LOT of plastic surgery which certainly hasn't helped his skin color.

I'm not sure but I think he had some people scrap off his black skin then painted his body white or something. I have no idea. I just heard somone say that once. It might have been a disease. There is this black guy that has a disease that made him become white. It was weird. St. Louis Cardinal Fan talked about a news reporter who turned white. THAT'S the guy I was talking about!

The disease he says he has is called vitiligo. Vitiligo is when you have blotches of skin that lose their pigmentation. I don't think he has it, but then I'm not a doctor. I think he bleached his skin.
