But I dont think its either I think he had an accidental overdose and people just said it was suicide so it would give the paparazzi something to write about

Official cause of death is still suicide, unless someone comes forth with some evidence to prove otherwise.
I think he just did too many drugs.
My opinion is that he killed himself
At the time Courtney was as big as him & she would ahve nothing to gain form killing him..
Perhaps several years later it would be on the cards for her...but not then..
Especially all the court battles she has had to win (please tell me if she got the rights to Nirvanas songs or whether dave groll got them - I am really interested)

I mean, I don't expect you to know or understand much about forensic science, but wouldn't common sense tell you that it would be pretty hard to "fake" someone blowing their head off with a shotgun? Do you not think there would be evidence of a struggle, etc?
I think Kurt Cobin's death is just the JFK assassination for a younger generation...people love conspiracy theories....

Kurt killed himself plain and simple. After many near misses with overdosing (one of which Courtney brought him back from with an injection of Narcan) he finally picked a method of suicide that worked.
Not only did Courtney save him from one of his overdose attempts, she also tried an intervention for him. Had she agreed to get treatment as well, the intervention might have been more sucessful, then again it might not. Kurt's mother said in interviews after her son's death that he had never been the same after his parent's divorce when he was seven.
There are some pains that money and fame not only cannot erase, they only make them worse.
although their has been speculation... she really had no motive to kill him or have it staged. he was suffering from severe depression + drug addiction. the gardner found him.
