She was changing from Hanna to Miley, she couldn't do it on stage, so instead of stopping the show and wasting the fans time, they had a body double...It's no big deal really they do it in movies and other singers surely do it we just don't hear about it... She did nothing wrong.. All she wanted to do was keep the show going for her fans...

but i mean you can't just change clothes in seconds so i don't see how they even thought that was slightly plausable.
i think the real hannah(miley) was tired.

She was switched out because she needed extra time to change from Hannah to Miley. After we got the party with us cam the MIley songs so she needed to have extra time to de-wig herself and everything. She swears it was still her singing though.
She was replaced with a look a like for 2 minutes while she did a wardrobe change to miley. The look a like didn't even have a singing part, she just danced to make the illusion that hannah and miley were two different people.
