hello all of them do!! if u go to there concert miley uses a stunt double and lib syncs and so does all the other artsits...i mean who doesnt and i if u say they dont ur wrong b/c htey sing the songs on cd but at concert its fake...all of it or else it would sound horrible!
Miley lip sings! And they should make her lip sing to a GOOD voice! And she was showing people how to lip sing and said, "if you get confused when you are lip singing, just say 'pink elephant', 'cause it will look like you really are singing,".
