I have no idea but on the Disney Channel, when the girls from the movie are discussing the upcoming movie (in India), Raven isn't there, so I'm guessing not.
As of right now, Raven has not signed up with the cast. They just started filming, so maybe there's a chance she will join up, but it is unlikely.

I seriously doubt it. I think it's sooooo stupid that they made The Cheeta Girls into a group without Raven in the first place. Raven made the group good. Adrien is SOOO untalented and annoying in my opinion, and she just takes over and ruins the group. Notice in music videos and everything, they show her WAYYYY more than the other girls, and in all the songs that aren't from the movie, she has ALL the solos.
