Yeah she accepts anyone they can call her bad names and they will add you. It doesn't always mean Miley is on maybe somebody sometimes gets on for her. If she doesn't have auto they will just accept anyone.
if its her real music page and she has TONS of friends then yes it will accept you. and its not her on it its her agent or someone like that =)

The actual Miley may not have a myspace at all.. Did you try to find her on Facebook, too? Or you could find her actual website and there is sometimes a link to her ACTUAL myspace or Facebook profile.
