Raven has a lot of other things including her own business and she could not commit to being a full time Cheetah Girl. The girl is a multi- millionaire and probably did not want the responsibility of touring and recording with the group!
Well, I think Raven just didn't want to be part of the group anymore. She is a bit more famous than the rest of them, and probably has other movies to make. And, Raven will not be in the 3rd Cheetah Girls movie, as well.

I heard she was too bossy and controling and couldn't stand that the others girls were just as popular as her.
They got into a fight I think and she quit the group.
