Nothing wrong. He's aged and lost the softness of youth. And he's thin. If he gained weight he'd probably look softer and rounder.

He had bad plastic surgery. He was an extremely good looking man who butchered himself by having a nose job, among other things. He looks like a monster now. He really did a foolish thing because he was super good looking and he would have aged well on his own. We shouldn't be surprised because look at his superficial wife and those superficial step children. All they aspire to is be in Playboy magazine.
