And from the information i got, vanessa and ashley had already singed a contract for hsm 3. So im sure she'll appear in hsm 3.

No. Even though she had the photo scandal, Disney says that 'she had learned a valuable lesson, and she won't do it again'. So, all of the stars signed a contract for #3, yeah, it'll happen.
