tell her zac efron is "fake" he probally dont look as good as she think he does. he probally gets his pictures air brushed to make him look better. haha thats what i tell my husband when he talks about other famous people. i used to be very jealous but now i know hes with me cause he thinks i look good and better

Most likely she will never even meet Zac Efron (whoever he is), so don't worry about that. Just ask her to not talk about her obsession with him in front of you because it makes you feel bad. Tell her that you wished it was you that she was obsessing over instead. ;)
