It's called an eating disorder, with relapses approaching the intensity of alcoholism. She will probably never be a size 8 again.
She actually has an eating disorder over the years she gains and then loses weight.I suppose Jenny Craig will offer her some cash to lose weigh using their product!

Seriously..that's what happens when you go off the pre-packaged meals and revert to old habits. The pre-packaged things are great for some people, who can learn portion control and use that to eat 'real food' again once they stop buying the boxed stuff.
But the problem with pre-packaged is that a lot of people, sadly, are like sheep...if it doesn't come in that box, they're clueless. They've learned nothing except "Add water to that and voila."
That's why if someone, Kirstie or anybody else, is going to diet, you've got to learn how to do for yourself. If anything, she can afford a personal chef and a bouncer at the kitchen door who can bar her entry unless at mealtimes.
What a waste of burning off all those pounds, just to gain it all, and probably then some, back. And if she does have an eating disorder (I read that during her younger years, like when she filmed Star Trek, she kept her weight in check with cocaine use), she can afford medical help, unlike a lot of other people. She's pushing 60 and needs to clean it up.

Well, honestly anyone who is overweight will tell you, once the weight is lost, it is a slim chance it wont go back on again. A large percentage (erm, no pun intended) of people who loose a significant amount of weight, put it all back on and then some.
She gave in to the holiday goodys. Valerie Bertinelli is filling in for her now.
Her and that other chick(who is not as famous as Kirstie so I do not know her name) in those weight loss commercials are having a three-some with Jenny. :p
