She was singing it perfectly while dancing, then when it came to the talking part, she was panting like crazy, then she went back to singing and dancing normally.

well, she SOMETIMES does in indoors performants. It depends. too. but in outdoors, she lip synce cause its easy for the voice to crack. and we don`t want that. oh, and people think that cause maybe they don`t like her or want to think that shes fake. people said that, but i try to ignore them and not write andything bad about them, even though I did once or twice. Yeah, I kinda yelled, ( in my head then wrote it in BIG letters ) at this guy cause he was saying that Miley Cyrus and Jonas brothers were gay FREAKING 4 times cause I was looking forquestions to answer and I saw 4 from him! UGH!
