it really just depends on what you're in to. biggie's songs were either about selling drugs or gettin women. ocasionally he might say something real. pac was way more politically concious and though he often elaborated on aspects of life in the "hood " he also made suggestions on how to fix those problems. so i'd have to say tupac was definitly better... unless you're at a party.
