the important thing is to somehow get that person in a non crowded area where you can actually have a minute to talk to her. getting her alone would be a problem, but try noontheless..

If your really serious, your going to have to meet her - on more than one occasion - that means going to a bunch of her concerts - and getting backstage passes to see her - then its up to you to make a good impression. I think someone who is musical has the best shot - why not write a song and give it to her, with your personal info when your there ..you can only hope...
