#1 miley cyrus, shes a hick, shes a bad actress, she doesn't have a lisp but she kinda sounds like she does, she can't sing, and she has an army of 5-10 year olds who are obsessed with her, just because she's covered in pink sequins, even though the show/music sucks. She honestly annoys me more than any one ever (at least celebrities), both her and the jonas brothers suck

I mean, I want Ryan to be happy, but I get the feeling she only is going out with him because he is famous. So if she doesn't count, then I would pick Brittany Spears. She thinks everyone cares about her, no one does, she is a horrible role model and influence, and people are so fed up with her that it is obnoxious she isn't apologizing or trying to turn her life around. Plus, she cannot sing at all.
