I think it's a fake. Look at what they say. Steve-O suffered serious brain damage but it hasn't affected his speech pattern or mental abilities. They're saying that Steve-O has brain damage but no one will know the difference.

That is the kind of website that is like the tabloids in the grocery store (like, alien baby, half dog found with three heads). It is meant to grab your attention, but is not true.
it obviously isn't true the web link is from 2006 and I know I saw them in live interviews in 2007.
So this is just a joke. It was timely when the e coli spinach thing was big in September of 2006 which is when the link is from.
