Is it dangerous to write to a celebrity?!

Question: I'm trying to contact a celebrity, and I googled the address information. But, how do I know if it's the right one?

best write a letter to the agency of the celeb; they may check/read your letter in advance (to protect the celeb) but you'll know it's the right adress and no sicko's will come after you.

Some celebs have more than one agency to represent them (in diffrent countries f.e.)

Don't believe in them because they are fake. However, some celebs have fan emails or fan addresses!

I would take the risk. It depends who you want to write to. If it is Zac Efron for instance, he is so big right now, there could be 100 different adresses for people to fool you. If it is say... I don't know, Amanda Bynes who isn't that big right now, there might be a correct one on your first search. Good Luck!

First off, it's not dangerous until you start obsessing. Unless you want to shell out the money for a background check, there is no way to know if you have the right one unless they are listed in the cities directory or phone book, or writethem a letter. It is not against the law to send someone an unsolicited letter(unless you make a threat), but you shouldn't expect a response since thousands of others have found the same address on the internet. Would you honestly reply to a letter that was addressed to you from some strange person?

No, not at all. I write to Daniel Radcliffe all the time, I wish he'd come and stalk me. Try using an "Offical Website" address. That way at least it is coming from the sight that supports him personally.
