It's Mariah. Ms Carey has sold over 140million and Celine has almost 130million. You are right they are the top two. They are followed by Madonna and believe it or not Whitney Houston. Before she went crazy she sold like 115million. They're own record companies make a play on words claiming that they each are the best selling.

I bet it is mariah carey.She is way more popular and I think she has come out with more CD's than Celine. I also think she has had more #1 hits. But I dont know for certain its just my guess.
