Do you think it's worth it to go on this 2-day trip?!
Question: Next month I'm supposed to be going to a Birthday Vigil of the late singer, Aaliyah, @ her resting place in New York. The cost is approximately $800, including airfare, hotel, local travel, & meals. Or do you think I should do a personal vigil @ home here in Texas, where I can just buy a small cake, light a candle, & play her music videos? That's basically what the fans doing @ the NY vigil, except they'll also have a prayer & religious ceremony. She's my favorite singer, & I REALLY want to go on this trip, but I don't think I can really afford it financially. Or I might be just BARELY making it, cutting it close. There are people traveling WAY from Ireland & the UK, JUST to come to this vigil!
I need to save up $1,500 for moving expenses to California in June. Do you think I should treat myself to a vacation or just save my money? I usually stay @ home & don't leave the house unless I'm going to school, the store, or the doctor. I've had a rough time & been very depressed.

no keep your money, i know how you feel but sometimes expenses come first. Light a candle for Aaliyah and pray for her.Maybe give yourself a little spa treatment, its cheaper.
i am a huge aaliyah fan but i'd keep my money.
