i so don't think that miley is a ****, i love the way she dresses and i love her clothes! she's just trying to appeal to an audience and i bet that her clothes are just being chosen out for her.
im mileys exact age *same birthday* and a guy, and i dont think she is a ****, i know plenty of girls that are sluts, miley dresses appropriatly to what she likes and what is expected of her. she must like the clothes she wears otherwise she wouldnt wear them.

I believe there are people who pick out those clothes for her. I think she is dressing that way to appeal to an audience when she is on stage. She has to maintain a certain image.
