She is old enough and is responsible for her own actions. Yes, in most cases, the parents have a lot to do with the mistakes kids make, but Jamie was fully aware of the mistakes her sister made and she turned around and made an even worse mess. Mom is not mother of the year, but Jamie did the no no, not her mom.

If those girls weren't famous, they were still gonna do what they wanted to do. A teenage girl on a mission is no match for mom. The money helped them get access to more things and more liberties then we normally give our kids. Lynn Spears HAD to tell the story 1st before the media went apeshyt and started twisting the truth. I don't condone that crap. My 6 yr old loves Zoey 101 and came home telling ME Zoey was pregnant. Morals aside, my kid would have been in the chop shop before anyone knew she took the test!

The story was not sold for one million dollars. Ok! Magazine said they would not pay her for the story because although Brittany is known around the world, Jamie Lynn is not. Therefore they didn't want to pay one million dollars to a story that couldn't be marketed overseas. The story was free but she made a deal with Ok! that Jamie Lynn would take pictures of her and the baby when it is born for one million dollars. I do think her mother played a big role in both of her daughters downfalls, but whether she did or not it was Jamie Lynn's decision to go that far with her boyfriend. Her mom cannot be put to blame completely. Both Brittany and Jamie Lynn make there own decisions.
