You mean never had children or adopted children? good question! maybe she doesn't think she'll be able to spend enough time with them with the show and all. she is pretty busy ya' know

I was about to say something mean but "Perons P"s comment makes sense-she is so busy she probably couldnt dedicate enough time to children.
she tried, but everytime she went to, angelina pushed her out of the way and adopted it first.

It may be because of her having been molested as a child.
I realy think oprah isnt to crazy about kids. i mean, to help african children, YES, but to actually have one of her own fulltime... no.
She is a parent to dogs. some people prefer animals over children.
Oprah has been pregnant at an early age and had miscarriages, etc. She probably realized that she was getting older and since she is not married it is not appropriate. Perhaps Stedman did not want children...she has a school she built in Africa and she helps all those girls as though they were hers anyway. She does so many reat things for people and is super busy she probably doesnt have the time to raise a child and it really wouldnt be fair...
Cause she is too focused with her career and has them all shacked up in her little school in Africa.
