umm yeah...it looks like a shirt and she looked horrible too....ughhh she has such a bad voice...she should've just lip synched like she does at all of her concerts...that dress was sooo innapropiate...especially paired with those boots!

I think it is on the border. Luckily it did not cross over to skanky town... just a couple more inches and she would have been there. (Considering she is 15 and represents Disney Channel... if she was a grown woman then I'd say thats her business!)

Yeah, it is a really short dress. I do not understand why people think it looks good or is comfortable to wear something like that. I mean, I adore dresses, but I just feel uncomfortable when I wear a really short dress. But I guess it is her choice and what she wants to wear and how she presents herself. I do think it is a pretty dress but just a bit too short for me. Hope I helped! ?

Well she sort of always dresses that way. And compared to some of her other dresses, this one wasnt skankish at all! lol
