It is in the talks to end but, they've already finished season 4 which is set to start in January. Then currently they're filming the 5th season which might be the last one. Not because she got pregent but, because the show has sorta run it's course ( it old news now) I hope that answers you question.

Yes , There ending it because Jamie got pregnant . And i think when Nickelodeon found out , they had to figure out away to end the show by making the movie about her going to London and leaving PCA . I mean she cant do the show while shes pregnant .
Next season will probably be the last.
