Due to the fact that they have been going out for over 3 years starting when they were both minors and there is only 3 years between them. Although I dont necessarily agree with these arguments that is what CNN was reporting also the family would need to press charges

The truth of the matter is that normally a female does not get pregnant the first few times of having intercourse. Therefor it may be correct to assume they were sexually active when she was 15, and possibly younger.
