Question: I am from Britain and watch 'Hogan Knows Best' on MTV. I saw Brooke got a record deal eventually and was just wondering how big/popular/well-known/famous is Brooke Hogan regarding her music in America?

No Hulk Hogan bought her a recording contract and she made a CD and I think 6 people bought it.
She is best known in the states for being a huge-transvestite looking girl

She had one minor hit with Paul Wall, "About Us," but she's more known for her reality show than her singing career.
None of her subsequent singles have even managed to chart in this country.
She's more famous for being on the show...she had one song come out a few months ago that did kinda okay and i saw the video for it a few times, but other than that I don't think her music career is going to take off like she had hoped.
