No i dont think had boob job, to me it looks like she has grown into her looks abit more, and also i dont think people can understand the power of a good pushup bra, it can do wonders, so she might be wearing pushup , and padded bras..
i heard that she took enhancers... but thats just another rumor. I honestly think its just a push-up or wonder bra. Maybe she grew into her age range, eh!

Age and push-up bra, I would think. It's also possible she changed her diet, and added more fats to it so she could gain more cleavage. Women don't stop growing until 21, so it's always possible. :)
