Question: Tupac was and will forever be the best rapper in the world. Snoop is great and all but it was very clear that Deathrow was held together by Tupac... when he was killed everything fell apart and that says alot. Tupac cared about THE people..... I don't see many rappers today caring about anything more then their fancy cars and their expensive houses.
