Well they have many options for special effects such as robotic doubls and also they can make him do each part and just take those and put them into the movie.
If you've seen Charlie and the Chocolate Factory with Johnny Depp that's what they did with the oompa loompa's, they took that one guy and had him do each part and put them all together.
