it's probably in iTunes, did u check that? if not, check a store that sells music.
if your talking about Headstrong, it should already be out in ireland. but if your talking about the other CD, it hasn't even came out in the U.S. yet, she's still in the process of recording it.
Im not sure but a few months I think it came out in the US so yeah im almost positive you can get it there...if not then go to ebay.com or half.com and you can get stuff half price on those websites :D
